1.Regulations
- Incoming flights should be logged with Customs as soon as possible after arrival, but no later than 24hours from arrival time
- HAWB numbers must be entered in AMS correctly by CARTON COUNT and should be done by the origin station. [Refer to the definitions of CARTON COUNT as below]

[Definitions]
PIECES : Shipper built ULDs-BUC/BUP- are usually manifested by the ULD Count on the flight manifest. So the skids on the ULD would be the Piece count. Or if loose loaded, each box would be the piece count. If not a BUC/BUP, and manifested as skid count, then one skid would be one piece. If not manifested by skid count, then each box on the MAWB would be one piece.
CARTONS: The individual boxes on a skid are the cartons. If you have a skid with 12 boxes, you have 12 cartons.
UNITS : The individual items inside the cartons.[Not to be used for Customs clearance]

2. Quarantine : CBP/AG [Customs & Border Protection/Agriculture]
- Duty Hours CBP-AG/DFW : 8:00 ~ 17:00 [Mon~Fri]
- Regulations
House AWB Must be entered correctly by Actual Commodity.
Personal Effects/Household Goods must be kept on HOLD until CBP_AG inspects and releases them.
